Position Summary: This position will serve as the conduit for initiatives related to regulatory and quality that support an integrated and collaborative action plan that demonstrates compliance with regulatory requirements and clinical quality programs. In support of professional nursing practice, the RN Compliance Auditor facilitates the provision of patient‑centered, specialized, evidence‑based nursing care across the continuum through an interprofessional approach to treatment, research, education, and advocacy. This role is responsible for patient outcomes that meet the high quality of care provided by JHACH.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (required)
  • Current Florida RN Licensure (required)
  • Minimum of three years of professional nursing practice (required)
  • Professional certification (preferred)
  • Previous experience with regulatory compliance (preferred)

Salary Range: Minimum $50.06 per hour – Maximum $50.06 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
