Position Summary
Provides operational leadership and direct supervision of Physical Therapy staff across assigned regions to ensure consistent and comprehensive patient care services. Provides clinical oversight and supervision for assigned staff and students to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies across the health system. Facilitates and manages day-to-day operations of the staff including quality, fiscal and human resource processes. Integral to the development of all discipline service line goals, education, programs and quality initiatives.
Qualifications
- PT Degree from an accredited university, college, etc. required.
- Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the State of Florida.
- Minimum of 5 years pediatric PT experience with a minimum of 2 years clinical management responsibilities required.
- Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to relate well with people of diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to travel to various locations within the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Health System is required.
Salary Range: Minimum 49.34/hour - Maximum 78.95/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority. The Hospital reserves the right to modify employee schedules as needed.
