Shift: Rotate

As a 259-bed teaching hospital with more than half of its beds dedicated to intensive care services, we serve as the regional pediatric referral center for Florida’s west coast, providing advanced critical care, complex surgical procedures, and innovative therapies. Through strong community partnerships, we also support neonatology and pediatric services across the region. Recognized as a Magnet designated hospital by the ANCC, we uphold the highest standards in nursing and patient care while fostering a culture of compassion, teamwork, and professional excellence.

Our LifeLine includes both the interfacility critical care ground and air transport team, as well as the Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital Transfer Center and Flight Dispatch programs. We focus on bringing high-level All Children's critical care to the patient in the field and returning them safely back to the hospital.

Qualifications
  • BSN from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Registered Nurse (RN) Required
  • Florida State or Compact License required
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience as a licensed Registered Nurse; preferred 2 years of experience
  • A minimum of 2,000 hours of experience working as an NICU RN required
  • BLS certification provided by AHA

Salary Range Minimum 38.34/hour - Maximum 59.34/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority. The Hospital reserves the right to modify employee schedules as needed.
