Job Summary
The purpose of the Pharmacy Medication History Technician I is to prepare complete medication histories for patients, collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure accurate medication records, and educate patients and caregivers on the importance of accurate medication information.
Hours
Rotating shifts (hours are based on operational needs). Full-time, 40 hours per week. Every 3rd weekend work required.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
- Completion of an ASHP/ACPE accredited pharmacy technician training program preferred.
- 0 to 2 years of pharmacy technician experience.
- PHRMTECH-R (Registered Pharmacy Technician) required.
- PHAR-C (Certified Pharmacy Tech) required.
Salary
Minimum $19.02 per hour – Maximum $30.44 per hour. Compensation commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
The Hospital reserves the right to modify employee schedules as needed.
