Our multidisciplinary Sarasota Outpatient team delivers high-quality pediatric care, including medical, laboratory, and therapeutic services, to children of all ages. Located in a 28,000‑square‑foot facility, our center serves families across Sarasota County and the surrounding area, including Manatee, DeSoto and Charlotte counties. With a strong focus on compassionate, patient‑centered care, our experienced team is committed to meeting the diverse medical and rehabilitative needs of the communities we serve. We provide services in Cardiology, Neurology, Rehab and General Pediatrics.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides patient‑centered, evidence‑based care under the supervision of a registered nurse. This role is responsible for delivering safe, compassionate care within the defined scope of practice while supporting treatment, education and advocacy. Working collaboratively with the care team, the LPN contributes to high‑quality patient outcomes and supports departmental goals in alignment with organizational standards.

Work Location: 5881 Rand Road, Sarasota, FL

Work Hours: 40 hours per week (4–10‑hour shifts per week)

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a High School diploma, GED, Certificate of Completion or equivalent achievement.
  • Current and active State of Florida LPN License.
  • Current BLS certification, AHA.
  • PALS within the first year of hire.
  • Ability to read, speak and understand English.

Salary Range: Minimum $23.11/hour – Maximum $35.82/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
