- Position Summary
Under minimal supervision performs electroencephalograms (EEG) at a senior level to facilitate the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral impairment.
Calculates and analyzes standard and special procedure testing.
Provides a descriptive analysis and results according to the department policy and procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Is registry eligible according to American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic & Evoked Potential Technologist (ABRET) Guidelines.
- A minimum of one year of work experience as an EEG Technician is required, if a CAAHEP or ABHES accredited END program was not completed.
- Digital (computerized) diagnostic EEG equipment. Must be proficient with computers and standard office equipment.
- Salary Range
Minimum $23.02/hour - Maximum $36.83/hour.
Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
The Hospital reserves the right to modify employee schedules as needed.
