Job Details & Qualifications
We are providing long‐term care and support for pediatric, adolescent, and young adult cancer survivors who are at least five years post‐treatment. The program monitors and manages potential late effects of cancer therapy through personalized survivorship care plans, annual follow‐up visits, and coordinated care with multiple specialties to help survivors lead healthy, fulfilling lives. This role is grant‐funded and therefore temporary in nature; ongoing employment is dependent on continued funding.
Qualifications
- BSN from an accredited School of Nursing
- Registered Nurse (RN) Required. Florida State or Compact License required
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as a licensed Registered Nurse required; 2 years of Hematology/Oncology experience preferred.
- BLS certification provided by AHA

Salary Range: Minimum $38.34/hour - Maximum $59.43/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
