As a Lead Newborn Hearing Screener, you will provide an essential service that gives every newborn the best possible start in life through early hearing detection. In this rewarding leadership position, you will perform critical hearing screenings across multiple locations within our service area, using established protocols and effective techniques to ensure accurate results for the families we serve.
Beyond direct patient care, you will serve as a mentor and trainer to fellow screeners, helping to build a skilled and compassionate team. You will also take on key operational responsibilities, including assisting with scheduling, managing equipment and supplies, and ensuring compliance with all state and regulatory reporting requirements. This position offers the unique opportunity to combine hands‐on clinical work with meaningful leadership duties while making a lasting impact on newborns and their families during an important time in their lives.

Qualifications- Associate's Degree
- Previous data entry experience
- 1 year of previous hospital newborn hearing screening experience
- Current BLS certification, AHA
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Ability to travel to various work locations is required

Salary Range: Minimum $17.97/hour - Maximum $28.74/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
