The Ambulatory Operations Manager is accountable to oversee daily operations of their assigned area and any associated support services. Assures the department implements the strategies, policies, work plans and actions necessary to achieve improved and sustained patient experience and patient outcome metrics. Responsible for the direction and coordination of several business office operations. Manages designated operational personnel and coordinates customer service activities located across multiple sites. Provides regular support for staff, physicians, and Institute leadership with a goal to optimize customer service and patient experience. Assists the Institute Leadership, Regional Director and Sr. Director of Ambulatory to ensure efficient front-office operations, establish goals and enhance financial performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in health care related field is required.
- 5 years administrative or operations experience in an outpatient care setting.
- 3 years supervisory experience with the ability to manage multiple locations through subordinate supervisors.
- Proficiency with computer skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with all different levels of leadership in the organization, as well as with patients and families.
Salary Range: Minimum 40.78/hour - Maximum 65.24/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
