Your Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants by providing outstanding customer service.
- Proactively manage a portfolio of approximately 175 residential properties.
- Address maintenance issues, chase rental arrears, and negotiate deposit returns and disputes.
- Effectively resolve complex issues leveraging your strong technical knowledge of property management.
- Play a key role in training and mentoring staff, sharing your comprehensive expertise with the team.
Your Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience in residential Property Management, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience developing and mentoring staff, conducting effective training sessions.
- ARLA qualification and in‑depth technical knowledge of current market trends and regulations.
- Exceptionally organised and composed.
