The Role
The role involves managing a portfolio of clients and being the main point of contact for any accounts related queries. Intermittently, the successful candidate will also assist with accounts payable duties, setting up new tenancies, handling deposits and various financial reporting.
Your Responsibilities
- As a Junior Client Accountant, you will be responsible for a portfolio of client accounts, managing all aspects of their financial administration.
- This includes responding to enquiries about statements and rents, as well as the essential function of credit control to ensure timely rent and fee collection.
- You will also manage deposit releases and set up daily payment schedules.
- In addition, you will contribute to finance and tax reporting and provide operational support to the team as required, working in close collaboration with your line manager.

- You have a demonstrated ability to foster collaborative relationships and work effectively in a team environment.

- Prior use of Veco software would be advantageous.
