Role Overview: We’re looking for 2–3 experienced appointment setters to join the Johnny Cassell team. You’ll handle outbound (cold/warm DMs on Instagram/LinkedIn) and inbound lead follow-up to book high-ticket strategy calls (30–60 min) with Johnny. Daily Responsibilities:
- Send 100–200 targeted, personalized DMs/day (scripts provided)
- Engage story viewers, Reel commenters, inbound leads
- Qualify leads (pain points, budget readiness, motivation)
- Track everything in our Google Sheets CRM (simple)
- Weekly review calls to improve conversion
Requirements:
- Proven experience booking calls in high-ticket coaching, consulting, or similar (dating, fitness, mindset niches preferred)
- Comfortable with cold/warm outbound DMs on Instagram & LinkedIn
- Organized, self-motivated, reliable
- Access to reliable internet & computer/phone
