We are hiring a Construction Broker, Account Executive to work in client relationship management, service and retention through broking, claims management, negotiation, underwriting, risk engineer and loss adjuster relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the main SAE on Construction broking.
Qualifications and Experience
- Construction experience (Owner Controlled Insurance Programmes) or strong knowledge of construction placements.
- Experience in a hybrid role placing both Real Estate property portfolios and OCIPS.
- Experience with commercial and residential builds for property developers and investors, building contractors, project managers, architects – primarily single project OCIPs.
- Desire to step up from an Account Handler to an AE or a current AE.
Remuneration
Salary up to £60,000, potential for more depending on experience.
