Our clients, a Lloyd's Broker based in London, are looking to hire a Real Estate Account Executive. The role will involve:

  • Building and nurturing close, long-lasting relationships by developing a constantly expanding network of client contacts.
  • Serving clients as an advocate for their needs, ensuring delivery of exceptional service through close and regular interaction.
  • Being a main contact for significant mid-large corporate accounts, with responsibility for day-to-day service delivery, delegation, and supporting the leadership of individual teams.
  • Acting as a point of referral for Associates and presenting solutions for discussion with Vice Presidents where required.
  • Managing renewal income to at least budgeted levels and in line with set and agreed team objectives.
  • Actively seeking out and generating new revenue opportunities through regular new business activity and by attending networking events.

Significant experience in Real Estate insurance is required, ideally gained within a brokerage, along with experience in managing real estate owners, funds, and managing agents' insurance programmes.
