Established over 20 years ago, we are a dynamic, family run business based in Chippenham, Wiltshire. As a growing business, we are looking for excellent heating engineers to join our expanding team. Customer service is at the heart of everything we do, so we are looking for engineers that are focused on providing a high level of service to our customers and can find innovative solutions to meet their needs.

About the role:
We have a wide scope of work including ongoing reactive and proactive maintenance. Your primary role will be to carry out domestic servicing, breakdowns and repairs (and commercial if applicable). The working hours are Monday - Friday, 8am until 5pm with half an hour unpaid for lunch (however a part time role is available if desired). There is also the occasional Saturday morning on a rota basis during the winter months. Overtime is available however it isn’t compulsory.
What we would like from you:
- ACS qualifications including CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1 and Unvented Cylinders OFTEC 101, 105e, 600a- desirable but not essential
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work to high standards with a tidy attitude to your work and client sites, demonstrating pride and effort in your work.
- Good practical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety
- Full driving licence
