About the Role:
The Marketing Manager, Global Demand Generation will own end-to-end execution of global demand generation campaigns across Wiley's institutional marketing programs, reporting into the Director. The role offers broad exposure across the team's full range of programs and channels, from paid digital and email to marketing automation and content strategy, making it a strong fit for someone who wants to build versatile, cross-channel marketing expertise.
Key Responsibilities & DutiesOwn campaign strategy execution across multiple concurrent programs, translating high-level priorities into build plans with minimal step-by-step directionBuild and deploy campaigns end to end: briefs, copy, content, and assets across email, landing pages, and digital adsBuild and customize segmented campaigns at scale, tailoring messaging and custom content to different audience clusters rather than running one-size-fits-all sendsExecute account-based marketing motions at both 1:few and 1:many scaleCoordinate with the marketing automation team on campaign builds and sequencingPartner with segmentation and marketing operations on targeting, personalization, and deployment sequencingContribute to content strategy across the team's campaignsApply working knowledge of paid digital channels, landing page optimization, and campaign analytics platformsTrack campaign performance against defined metrics and run post-campaign analysis, turning findings into recommendations for the next cycleRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldExperience in B2B campaign marketing, demand generation, or related rolesExperience building segmented, personalized campaigns at scaleExperience working with a marketing automation team to plan and execute campaignsDemonstrated ability to own a channel or campaign end to endStrong writing and content instincts, with sound judgment on aligning execution to strategyPreferred QualificationsExperience executing account-based marketing (ABM), particularly at 1:few or 1:many scaleExperience in academic publishing, research, EdTech, or another B2B subscription/institutional-sales environmentFamiliarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM as it relates to campaign trackingExperience building landing pages or digital ad creative directly and writing briefs about themDemonstrated curiosity and self-directed problem-solving, comfortable finding answers without a defined playbookWe power infinite possibilities.

It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall within the range, however the ultimate salary offered for this role may be higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.
