Why Join Us? We are a long-established, family-run manufacturing business, founded in 1959. While the business has grown and evolved considerably over the years, we have retained the values and personal approach that come with being a family business. This isn't an HR administration role. You'll be our senior day-to-day HR professional, working closely with our Directors and Supervisors and having a genuine opportunity to influence how we manage, support and develop our people. You'll become an important part of the business, getting to know our people and our operation rather than simply managing HR from a distance. We want someone who can build trusted relationships across the company, provide sound and practical advice, and help us continue to develop our approach to people and HR for the future. For an experienced HR professional looking for a senior position with genuine responsibility, direct access to the decision-makers and an excellent work-life balance, we believe this is a particularly unusual opportunity. If you have the experience, judgement and personality to become a trusted HR partner within a successful family business with more than 65 years of history, we'd like to hear from you
