Whitgift is a leading independent day and boarding school for boys, set in an attractive 48-acre parkland site in South Croydon. During the summer holidays, Whitgift runs its own summer school for international students, utilising all its fantastic facilities and modern boarding house. Whitgift Summer School offers innovative English language and academic courses, along with activities designed to appeal to girls and boys from all over the world.

We are seeking to appoint a Videographer/Content Creator who will work closely with the year-round International Education Administrators. The role involves:

  • Working on the summer school marketing portfolio, including content creation for social media channels.
  • Assisting with updating the website.
  • Creating, editing, and producing the pre-summer video, weekly videos, and promotional video.
  • Developing creative, compelling, and engaging content to drive brand awareness in the international education sector.
  • Creating engaging content on all aspects of the summer school to be published across all social media channels.
  • Assisting with administrative duties associated with the running of a busy summer school.

This is the ideal role for a promising videographer looking to develop their portfolio. The successful applicant will be highly motivated, show a significant degree of initiative, and be able to work efficiently and calmly, even at times of particular pressure. Inter-personal and logistical skills of an especially high order will be required. The post requires a person of a friendly and co-operative nature, with a flexible approach. First-rate written skills and an excellent command of the English language, with a high level of attention to detail, are essential. Candidates must have strong proficiency in IT, particularly with Microsoft Office. Applicants must be able to present evidence of their right to work in the UK for the duration of the contract.
