We are looking for an Inventory Coordinator to join our Supply Chain and Logistics team on a fixed term basis for up to 12 months. This is a key role in the team supporting the accurate, efficient and organised management of inventory within John West. The role will report to the Logistics Manager and will be based from our Liverpool office.
Your Responsibilities:
- Stock management, reporting, reconciliations, and valuations
- Calculation & investigation of the aged stock report and using this information to lead in aged stock meetings
- Ensure rework stock movement management is performed in a timely manner and in line with business requirements
- Calculating all accruals for aged stock process and running the aged stock monthly meetings
- Provision of documentation for internal and external audits
- Management and reporting of all stock adjustments
- Periodic visits to John West warehouses to perform audits
Your Experience:
- Previous experience of working within an Inventory/Stock related role
- Excellent working knowledge of SAP
- Effective time management, planning and organisation skills
- Strong experience of Microsoft suite of programmes and IT literacy
