We are looking for an energetic and commercially minded Shopper Activation Manager to join our marketing team in Liverpool. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in FMCG brand activation, shopper engagement, retail media, and digital communications. You will play a key role in translating brand strategy into impactful shopper campaigns and engaging digital experiences across both in-store and online touchpoints. The role will be reporting to Senior Department Manager – Communications and Campaign.
Responsibilities
- Lead shopper activation campaigns across key retail customers.
- Deliver engaging retailer and digital marketing activations.
- Drive digital shelf excellence across e-commerce platforms.
- Support new product launches through impactful campaigns.
- Track campaign and digital performance to optimize ROI.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Category, Brand, and agency partners.
- Stay ahead of shopper, retail, and digital marketing trends.
Qualifications
- Experience in shopper marketing, activation, or digital marketing within FMCG.
- Strong understanding of retailer activation and shopper behavior.
- Experience delivering integrated campaigns across digital and retail channels.
- Commercial mindset with strong analytical and project management skills.
- Experience working with agencies and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Confident communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for digital trends, shopper engagement, and brand building.
- Experience using digital reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Meta, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of ECRM/CRM tools such as Klaviyo or WordPress would be beneficial.
