John Grose Group is seeking an experienced Used Car Transaction Manager to join our busy used car operation. You will report to the Used Car Sales Manager and drive sales performance, handle customer enquiries, maximise lead conversion and structure profitable deals with a focus on compliance and exceptional service.
You will own the sales pipeline, improve enquiry conversion, finance penetration and overall departmental results, while supporting teams to maintain high customer satisfaction.
