Would you like to work for one of East Anglia’s most prestigious Motor Retail Groups? We are seeking a dynamic, customer‑focused Customer Service Advisor to join our fast‑paced dealership team on Ransomes Europark, Ipswich, Lowestoft. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be the face of John Grose, welcoming customers and supporting them when booking vehicles in for servicing and repairs. Ensuring the health and safety of customers, colleagues, and third parties is a key priority of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering the highest level of customer care and satisfaction
- Building rapport with customers and explaining technical information in a clear, customer‑friendly way
- Keeping customers fully informed on vehicle repair progress
- Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date customer records on internal systems
- Processing payments and invoices
- Handling telephone and email enquiries
- Advising customers on additional products or services where appropriate
About You
- Education to A‑Level standard or equivalent
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- A proactive and positive approach to work
- Confidence in advising customers on additional sales
- A full, clean UK driving licence

Working Hours
- 43.75 hours per week
- Monday to Friday between 7:30am – 6:00pm
- 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (7:30am – 1:00pm), on a rota basis
Salary & Bonus
OTE with bonus: £33,400
