John Taylor Multi Academy Trust (JTMAT) is looking to appoint a hardworking, committed and enthusiastic Site Operative to support the school. The role involves maintaining the building, ensuring security, and enhancing the general appearance of the premises.
Responsibilities
- Provide caretaking support, including routine maintenance and upkeep of school facilities.
- Maintain site security and ensure the premises are safe and secure for staff and students.
- Support the appearance and cleanliness of the building and its surroundings.
- Work flexible shifts to cover absences or illness, collaborating with the Site Team and teaching staff.
