Permanent, Part Time – 10 hours per week.

Term Time Only for 39 weeks per year; 38 weeks plus 5 INSETs.

Salary: Grade 4 – £25,583 – £25,989 per annum pro rata. Actual Salary: £5,974 – £6,069 per annum.

Rugeley John Taylor School, part of John Taylor MAT, is proud to be growing the only ‘all-through’ school within our Trust family. Having opened our doors to our first cohort of Year 7 students in September 2025, we are continuing to build a school that will serve local communities from the earliest years right through to Sixth Form, offering a ‘gold standard’ learning experience. In this brand‑new school you will work closely with colleagues to ensure every lesson is optimised for learning, through a safe, clean and practical learning environment. Your responsibilities include:

• Ordering stock.
• Maintaining safety standards.
• Undertaking risk assessments.
• Providing first aid.

We are looking for someone who has the following:

• Demonstrable experience of working within a similar role supporting learning.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and protocols.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivation and a proactive approach using initiative and being forward thinking to ensure well‑planned lessons.
• Flexibility and adaptability with a willingness to go the extra mile as the school and staff team evolves.
