Overview
Lunchtime Supervisor – Permanent, Part Time 5 hours a week, 1 hour per day, Monday to Friday. Term Time Only for 38 weeks per year. Salary: Grade 3 (SCP 5) £25,583 per annum pro rata. Actual Salary: £2,910 per annum.
Rugeley John Taylor School, part of John Taylor MAT, is growing the only ‘all-through’ school within our Trust family. Having opened our doors to our first cohort of Year 7 students in September 2025, we are continuing to build a school that serves local communities from the earliest years through to Sixth Form, offering a ‘gold standard’ learning experience. As we expand, we are embedding the core features of John Taylor MAT that have become a hallmark of its success and are looking for talented and committed staff to join us on the next stage of our journey and development.
Responsibilities
- You will join a brand-new school that opened initially with Year 7 in the secondary phase in September 2025.
- Lunchtime supervision is provided so students develop social skills and enjoy a break in their formal learning.
- You will help ensure lunchtimes are safe, efficient and positive experiences for students, preparing them for afternoon learning.
