The predicted salary is between 25185 - 25185 £ per year.
Fixed Term for one year, term time only + 5 INSET days. 27.5 hours per week, 9am to 3pm, Monday – Friday. Salary: Grade 2 (SCP 4) £25,185 per annum pro rata. Actual salary: £16,172 per annum (Pay award pending).
John Taylor Multi Academy Trust (JTMAT) believes in the power of education to improve lives – and the world. As a partner academy in JTMAT, we seek to appoint an enthusiastic, dynamic and nurturing SEND Pupil Welfare Support Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Champion for children’s needs, ensuring they are safe, cared for and their intimate needs met.
- Work as part of a team to look for opportunities for children with complex needs.
- Help shape children’s care plans with parents/carers, school staff and the SENDCo effectively.
- Work alongside the SENDCo to implement and monitor individuals’ personal targets and contribute towards EHCP and APDR reviews.
