Responsibilities:
- Champion children’s needs.
- Work as part of a team ensuring children are safe, cared for and their intimate needs are met.
- Identify opportunities for children with complex needs and help shape the children’s care plans with parents and carers, school staff and the SENDCo effectively.
- Work alongside the SENDCo to implement and monitor individuals’ personal targets and contribute towards EHCP and APDR reviews.
