John Taylor Multi Academy Trust (JTMAT) is recruiting a Senior Nursery Nurse to join Winshill Village Nursery on a fixed‑term basis for 12 months from September 2026. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a professional, passionate and experienced individual to provide high‑quality care and lead within our nursery setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high‑quality care and support for youngest pupils.
  • Lead one nursery room and oversee planning and organisation of provision, including resource management.
  • Shape and enhance the nursery experience, supporting colleagues and ensuring all children thrive and achieve their full potential.
  • Devote dedicated time to support leadership and development of the nursery environment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum Level 4 qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role (advantageous).
