Lunchtime Supervisor – May 2026

Permanent, Part Time 5 hours a week, 1 hour per day Monday to Friday. Term Time Only for 38 weeks per year.

Salary: Grade 3 (SCP 5) £25,583 per annum pro rata. Actual Salary: £2,910 per annum.

Rugeley John Taylor School, part of John Taylor MAT, is proud to be growing the only ‘all-through’ school within our Trust family. Having opened our doors to our first cohort of Year 7 students in September 2025, we are continuing to build a school that will serve local communities from the earliest years right through to Sixth Form, offering a ‘gold standard’ learning experience.

As we expand, we continue to embed the core features of John Taylor MAT that have become a hallmark of its success and are looking for talented and committed staff to join us on the next stage of our journey and development. This brand-new school opened initially with Year 7 in the secondary phase in September 2025. This is your chance to make a difference to young people every day.

Lunchtime is a time where students develop social skills and enjoy a break in their formal learning. We are looking for individuals who can provide supervision to ensure lunchtimes are safe, efficient and happy for students, so they are ready for afternoon learning.

  • Supervise lunchtime activities, ensuring that the environment is safe, efficient, and happy for students, and that they are prepared for afternoon learning.
