Position Overview
ECT Nursery Teacher – fixed‑term 12 months, starting September2026, at Winshill Village.
Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality care and support for young pupils in the nursery setting.
- Lead one nursery room, overseeing the planning and organisation of high‑quality provision, including resources.
- Support and mentor colleagues, contributing to shaping provision and ensuring all children thrive.
- Work as part of a caring, supportive nursery team within the John Taylor Multi Academy Trust.
Requirements
- Professional, passionate, and experienced individual.
- Qualified as or on the path to qualified teacher status.
- Commitment to child‑centred, high‑quality, play‑based learning.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Capability to support, mentor and develop colleagues.
