John Taylor Multi Academy Trust (JTMAT) believes in the power of education to improve lives and the world. As a partner academy in JTMAT, we are seeking to appoint a hardworking, committed and enthusiastic ICT Technician to join our evolving organisation. The successful candidate will work with the Lead ICT Technician with all aspects of technical support to provide effective service to staff and students in the school.
The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the Lead Technician and will be able to work independently, and as part of a team. We are in the fortunate position of being well resourced; we have a combination of PCs, laptops, chrome books, Interactive Displays and as a Microsoft school, we make extensive use of Microsoft 365.
All staff are expected to work alongside the teaching staff to be role models for our students, demonstrating the highest standards of teamwork, collaboration and respect.
John Taylor Free School opened in 2018, and we are now at capacity with Year 7-13. Our first Ofsted rating is ‘Good’ alongside a strong set of first GCSE results with above national figures in all benchmark areas.
