Casual, part‑time position, term time only for 38 weeks per year. Monday to Friday, hours to be agreed with the Examination Officer. Salary: Grade 2 £24,796 per annum pro rata (actual: £12.85 per hour).

John Taylor Multi Academy Trust (JTMAT) seeks hardworking, committed and enthusiastic Examination Invigilators to join our evolving organisation. The successful candidates will support the Examination Team with the day‑to‑day running of exams, ensuring a calm environment for the students. All staff are expected to work alongside teaching staff as role models, demonstrating the highest standards of teamwork, collaboration and respect.

Roles & responsibilities:
  • Support the Examination Team with day‑to‑day running of exams.
  • Work as part of a team of invigilators to maintain a calm environment for students.
  • Adhere to agreed working hours and collaborate closely with the Examination Officer.
  • Serve as a positive role model for students, exemplifying teamwork, collaboration and respect.
Requirements & expectations:
  • Casual and part‑time availability for the school term.
  • Commitment to the school's values and student welfare.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
