Salary: Grade 4 (SCP 6‑7) £25,989 – £26,403 per annum pro rata (actual salary £15,248.89 – £15,491.80 per annum).

We are seeking an organised, flexible and positive technician to support our technology teaching team. The role focuses on woodwork preparation and reprographics tasks, including setting up and cleaning down practical technology lessons and handling photocopying and preparation of printed materials for the whole school and administration team.
Responsibilities include:
- Setting up and clean down practical technology lessons with a focus on woodwork preparation.
- Supporting the technology teaching team.
- Assisting with whole‑school and administration tasks such as photocopying and preparing printed materials.
- Communicating effectively with staff and students.
- Using initiative to support students, contributing to their success, behaviour management and social skills.
- Maintaining excellent health, safety and wellbeing practices within the workshop.
Qualifications and skills:
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative.
- Commitment to health, safety and wellbeing practices.
- Willingness to receive full training.
