John Taylor MAT is seeking an Assistant SENDCo to join our evolving organisation, working under the Headteacher and SENDCo to coordinate support for students with Special Educational Needs and manage annual reviews. The role includes deploying Learning Support Assistants, delivering tailored interventions where needed, and upholding high standards of teamwork.
