Assistant SENDCo

Permanent, term time only plus INSET days. Full time, 37 hours per week Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 4:00pm and Friday 8:00am – 3:30pm.

Salary: Grade 7 (SCP 15 to SCP 22) ÂŁ30,024 to ÂŁ33,699 per annum pro rata. Actual pro rata salary ÂŁ26,072 per annum.

Overview

John Taylor Multi Academy Trust (JTMAT) believes in the power warned education to improve lives – and the world. As a partner academy in JTMAT, we are seeking to appoint an experienced Assistant SENDCo to join our evolving organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the support provision for students with Special Educational Needs under the direction of the Headteacher and SENDCo.
  • Support the work of a qualified teacher and prepare curriculum content in conjunction with the teacher.
