Salary: Grade 6: £27,254 – £30,024 per annum pro rata (actual salary £24,874.25 – £27,402.38 per annum). The preferred working pattern is 7:45 am – 3:45 pm, Monday to Friday, with a 3:15 pm finish on one day per week and flexibility required.
John Taylor Multi Academy Trust (JTMAT) seeks a hardworking, committed and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to support HR Administration, Cover Coordination and Examinations. This varied role is central to the smooth day‑to‑day running of the school and requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders, teaching staff and external agencies to ensure staffing, cover and examinations are administered efficiently, accurately and in line with statutory and school requirements. Commitment to confidentiality, safeguarding and a positive school environment is essential. All staff are expected to be role models for students, demonstrating the highest standards of teamwork, collaboration and respect.
