Garment Pressing Operative / Production Operative (3-Shift Pattern) Full Time | Permanent £12.71 per hour + shift allowance

We're looking for a hands-on Garment Pressing Operative to join our team at our historic Lea Mills in Matlock. What You'll Do:

  • Set up and operate steam press machines to finish garments to the highest standard
  • Follow job sheets and instructions to ensure consistency and quality
  • Inspect garments during pressing to maintain presentation standards
  • Work as part of a skilled team to meet production targets
  • Keep your work area clean, safe, and organised

Working Pattern:

This role operates on a rotating 3-shift pattern: Days: 6:00am - 2:00pm, Afternoons: 2:00pm - 10:00pm.
