As a Quality Auditor, you'll play a vital role in protecting that reputation, ensuring every garment that leaves our Lea Mills site meets the exceptional standards our customers expect.

What You'll Do:

  • You’ll be a visible and trusted presence across our production floor, working closely with teams to maintain and improve quality at every stage.
  • This is a hands-on role where attention to detail and a proactive mindset are key.
  • You’ll be involved in:
    • Carrying out in-process garment inspections and identifying defects early
    • Auditing production processes and highlighting opportunities for improvement
    • Supporting finished product audits to ensure only the highest quality garments are released
    • Managing quarantined and non-conforming garments (NCR), including disposition decisions
    • Conducting sampling and AQL audits where required
    • Analysing scrap and other quality-related data
