What Youll Do:- Set up and operate steam press machines to finish garments to the highest standard
- Follow job sheets and instructions to ensure consistency and quality
- Inspect garments during pressing to maintain presentation standards
- Work as part of a skilled team to meet production targets
- Keep your work area clean, safe, and organised
This role operates on a rotating 3-shift pattern:
- Days: 6:00am 2:00pm
- Afternoons: 2:00pm 10:00pm
- Nights: 10:00pm 6:00am
- Practical and hands-on, with good attention to detail
- Able to stand for long periods and carry out manual tasks
- A strong team player with good communication skills
- Reliable, with a positive work ethic
- Able to follow written instructions and record basic information
- Have your own transport due to shift times
