What Youll Do:
As a Team Leader, youll guide and support a talented team, ensuring we maintain the unmatched quality, heritage, and craftsmanship that define the John Smedley name. From managing workflow and hitting production targets, to solving problems and inspiring others, you\’ll be a key player in making sure every garment meets our world-class standards.
Your Impact:
Lead & motivate your team to deliver quality, on time, every time
Drive production forward through smart planning and coordination
Champion safety, best practice and continuous improvement
Track Performance and share insights to push us to do even better
Foster collaboration across teams, keeping communication clear and morale high

Experience in manufacturing or production environment (knitwear a bonus!)
