As a Quality Auditor, you'll play a vital role in protecting that reputation, ensuring every garment that leaves our Lea Mills site meets the exceptional standards our customers expect.
What You'll Do:
- You'll be a visible and trusted presence across our production floor, working closely with teams to maintain and improve quality at every stage.
- This is a hands-on role where attention to detail and a proactive mindset are key.
- You'll be involved in:
- Carrying out in-process garment inspections and identifying defects early
- Auditing production processes and highlighting opportunities for improvement
- Supporting finished product audits to ensure only the highest quality garments are released
- Managing quarantined and non-conforming garments (NCR), including disposition decisions
- Conducting sampling and AQL audits where required
- Analysing scrap and rework trends to identify root causes
- Contributing to problem-solving and continuous improvement activities
- Accurately recording findings and sharing insights with production teams
