Potential applicants should have:
- GCSE Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent) in Englishand Mathematics.
- A passionfor reading, literacy and education, with a commitment to inspiring youngpeople to become confident readers.
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positiverelationships with students and colleagues.
- Good ICTskills and the ability to support the effective management of library resourcesand systems.
- Experienceof working with young people in an educational setting and supporting theirlearning and development.
