The predicted salary is between 80000 - 100000 £ per year.
Reporting to the Regional Director/BU MD, the Project Director has overall responsibility for the management and onsite construction of major/complex contracts of values typically in excess of £60m.
Generally involved from tender stage, as the project lead, liaising with the Estimating team to secure the project. Thereafter, with the approval of the Regional Director/Regional MD, will prepare the PEP and build the project team in preparation for the contract commencement.
The Project Director will be responsible for managing the Company's business interests and risk.
