The BIM Engineer plays a critical role within the Digital Project Delivery (DPD) team, supporting project teams to develop, manage and deliver multi‑disciplinary BIM standards and digital strategies. The role provides technical expertise in implementing, developing, and managing a successful BIM process from pre‑contract through to project delivery and handover. The BIM Engineer works closely with project teams, sub‑contractors and design consultants to ensure compliance with company‑wide BIM standards, optimise digital workflows and enhance project delivery outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated technical expertise in multi‑disciplinary BIM workflows and digital project delivery.
- Clear understanding of ISO 19650, BS 1192 and PAS 1192 standards.
- Degree qualified in Construction, Computing, Engineering, Architecture or related discipline.
- Full membership of a relevant professional institution is desirable.
