To design, develop, and curate engaging learning materials that support functional onboarding, leadership development, compliance training, and strategic upskilling initiatives across the organisation. The Learning Content Creator will collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) across the organisation to ensure content is aligned with business needs and delivered effectively via our LMS platform.
Responsibilities
- Content Development: Create engaging, effective learning experiences, modules, toolkits, guides, and blended learning assets tailored to functional and behavioural training needs. Use data insights and research to inform content design, ensuring a research-informed and iterative approach to developing learning resources. Create learning solutions that are learner-focused, interactive, and innovative. Create e-learning content that is optimised for desktop and mobile devices, ensuring seamless integration across platforms. Integrate digital content into learning pathways. Use tools such as Easygenerator (or similar) and Cornerstone LMS to build and manage content libraries.
- Business Partnering: Partner with SMEs across operations and functions to translate complex topics into impactful and accessible learning experiences.
- Monitoring & Assessing Learning Effectiveness: Monitor learner feedback and analytics, refining content as required. Continuously review and evolve existing digital content to maximise engagement and learning outcomes. Utilise metrics and data to evaluate the effectiveness of content and ongoing iterative improvements.
- Continuous Improvement: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends and developments in digital learning and instructional technology, continuously improving the quality of learning experiences.
Experience
- Proven experience in instructional design or digital learning content creation.
- Experience in generating creative solutions to meet business problems through digital content development.
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools.
- Excellent communication, engagement and influencing skills.
- Ability to work closely with SMEs to extract key development objectives and translate to learning outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills.
Qualifications
- Essential: CIPD Level 5 or equivalent in L&D Design. Familiarity with LMS integration and content migration processes.
- Desirable: Experience working within a construction, engineering, or technical environment.
