Overview
The UK Construction North team is looking for a candidate with a proven track record in delivering internal finishes from first fix to handover. The role involves managing subcontractor packages across dry lining, internals and finishes, plus MEP. You should understand and read drawings and specifications, be able to review and drive short-term programmes, and manage quality including review of ITPs and inspection of works to confirm specification compliance. Demonstrate the ability to manage a section of works and coordinate trades with internal teams.
The ideal candidate would have experience in masonry construction and installation including QA. Internal finishes experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities
- Working closely with the onsite team including subcontractors, engineers, management, and others, coordinating and managing all activities onsite
- Planning and overseeing the site setup, ensuring that the appropriate facilities are in place prior to the project launch
- Taking ownership for ensuring that HSEQS protocols are adhered to on sites at all times
- Maintaining quality control procedures at all times, reporting to the Regional Director
Qualifications
- Flexibility to travel across Ireland and the UK regularly
- Completed a third level qualification
- 5+ years of experience in construction management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience managing key stakeholder relationships
