Now, we\’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in our Derby office. The realsitic OTE for this role is up to £40,000.

- Conduct accurate property valuations for a wide range of property types, including residential, investment, portfolio, and mixed-use properties.
- Stay updated with market trends, local property values, and economic conditions in Derby and surrounding areas to provide clients with informed, evidence-based valuations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including homeowners, investors, solicitors, and developers, ensuring a high standard of service.
- Prepare comprehensive valuation reports, including detailed market appraisals, condition assessments, and recommendations, in line with industry standards and legal requirements.
- Offer expert advice on pricing strategies, investment opportunities, and market conditions to clients.
- Ensure that all valuations and activities comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and company standards.
- Support the team in expanding the company\’s client base through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
