Now, we\’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Cannock. The realistic OTE for this role is £30,000.

Let\’s talk about the role. It involves:

  • Booking in valuations & securing business.
  • All pre & post follow up for appointments, consisting of confirmation calls & feedback.
  • Conducting viewing based on office policies & procedures.
  • Registering applicants across our platforms.
  • Emailing Property Alerts through ReapIT and HTML.
  • Order EPC\’s / required compliance.
  • Pro-actively ringing through database contracts with the aim of generating business.
  • Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market.
  • Rotating window cards & branch material.
