Now, we\’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Management Inspections Coordinator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Solihull. You\’ll enjoy a standard workweek of Monday to Friday 0845am to 530pm, with a salary of £25,000 – £26,000 per annum.
Let\’s talk about the role. It involves:
Completing Ingoing, outgoing tenancy checkout report & completing mid term inspection reports using the company’s designated CRM system.
Liaising with local branches to identify defects to swift resolutions can be had
An eye for detail and ability to work proactively
