Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Relationship Manager.

This is a full-time, permanent position located in Nottingham.

You'll enjoy a standard workweek of Monday to Friday, with realistic on-target earnings up to £29,000 per annum.

Responsibilities

  • Management up to 250 Properties Under Management (PUM).
  • Understanding and upselling of John Shepherd Lettings & Property Management services including ancillary and peripheral products.
  • Managing Mid Term Inspection follow ups, quality and trade discount earnings.
  • Weekly Arrear management including Rent & Legal Protection submission claims and management.
  • Inspection reports for your portfolio including management of quality of content.
